Chris was involved in a major car accident, where he was required to partake in physical rehabilitation to facilitate his recovery. Amazed at the physiological adaptations that occurred through exercise and how effective the exercise intervention was for his own injuries, he decided to broaden his knowledge within this industry. Chris has completed a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a masters in Exercise Physiology. Throughout his educational journey Chris gained knowledge and experience within a plethora of conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, mental health, cancer, respiratory/pulmonary and cardiovascular. It is a passion of Chris’ to help others the way that he was helped. He believes this can be achieved by taking a holistic approach to therapy, providing the latest evidence-based care and making sure the client is at the forefront of any treatment plans.
