Lachlan has loved sport and exercise throughout his life and has a keen interest in soccer, footy and F1. He originally began studying Engineering at university, however soon realised that career path was not for him. He quickly changed degrees to something more aligned with his interests, which saw him complete a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Masters in Exercise Physiology at Curtin University. During his studies and work experience, Lachlan was able to acquire a wide range of knowledge and experience working with conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular, respiratory and cancer. He strongly believes that exercise is one of the most important factors in improving the wellbeing of someone living with any condition and he always strives to give his clients the best chance to achieve their goals.
